To secure your appointment at Tilly’s Wellness, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service, whether it's therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, CBD-enhanced massage, or lymphatic drainage massage. 

Deposits are essential as they help us reserve dedicated time for each client and prevent last-minute cancellations. 

Important Details: 

Deposits are mandatory for all services, including the various types of massage therapies we offer. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows will incur a charge for the remaining balance of the scheduled service. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy enables us to consistently provide professional massage therapy services to our Miami clients.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment in Miami to ensure your session begins on time. Arriving early allows us to review your health history, discuss any pain areas, and customize your therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, CBD-enhanced massage, or lymphatic drainage massage experience for the best possible results.

Health & Safety Guidelines

If you are experiencing any flu-like or COVID-related symptoms — including cough, fever, body aches, or congestion — please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of all clients, services such as sports massage, therapeutic massage, and CBD-enhanced massage cannot be performed while you are ill.

We recommend prioritizing rest and relaxation at home until you are fully recovered. Your health and the well-being of our Miami clients are our top priority, whether you prefer deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage massage, or any other therapeutic options.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds are available for services including relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and therapeutic massage. However, appointments for CBD-enhanced massage and lymphatic drainage massage that are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not qualify for a refund or transfer.
